We deliver across India. Every order is hand-wrapped in Ahmedabad before it leaves us.
Where we deliver
We ship to most serviceable pincodes in India. You can check your pincode on any product page before ordering. We do not ship outside India at the moment.
Dispatch time
Ready-to-ship gifts: dispatched within 2 working days.
Personalised or engraved gifts: dispatched within 5 working days.
Corporate and bulk orders: as agreed in your order confirmation.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping charges
Free shipping on orders of ₹1,999 and above. Orders below that carry a flat shipping charge of ₹99. Cash on delivery, where available, carries a handling fee of ₹49.
Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched we send a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp and email. You can also track it any time from the Track your order page.
Gift orders
When you send a gift to someone else, we can leave out the invoice and prices. Your handwritten card message is included at no charge.
Returns, refunds & cancellation
We want every gift to arrive perfect. If it doesn't, we'll make it right.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery from the Track your order page or at info@upharna.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or give a full refund.
Returns for other reasons
Unused, non-personalised items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or wrong.
Items we can't take back
Personalised, engraved or monogrammed gifts.
Food items, once delivered.
Items redeemed through a corporate voucher, except when damaged or wrong.
Gift cards and vouchers.
Cancellation
You can cancel an order for a full refund before it is dispatched. Personalised orders can be cancelled only before production starts, usually within 12 hours of ordering.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. For cash on delivery orders, we refund to your bank account or UPI ID.
Corporate voucher terms
These terms apply to gift vouchers issued by your employer or another company through Upharna Rewards.
Using your voucher
Each voucher code can be used once, for one gift, before its expiry date. Codes are not transferable outside your company program and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Paying the difference
If you choose a gift priced above your voucher value, you pay only the difference online at checkout. Each voucher is used for one gift. If you choose a gift priced below the voucher value, the unused balance is not carried forward.
Branding
Gifts redeemed through a company program carry that company's logo, applied by engraving, printing or on the packaging. Branded gifts are made to order and cannot be returned unless damaged or wrong.
Expiry
Unused vouchers expire on the date shown on the voucher. What happens to unused vouchers is agreed with the issuing company.

This policy explains what personal data Upharna (“Upharna”, “we”) collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Your name, mobile number, email and addresses, and those of the people you send gifts to.
Order history and gift messages.
Payment status (we never see or store your full card details; payments are processed by our payment partner).
Basic device and usage data through cookies, including which ad or website brought you to us.
Why we use it
To process and deliver orders, send order and tracking updates, provide customer support, run corporate voucher programs, prevent fraud, and, if you agree, send you reminders about your bag and news about collections and offers.
Who we share it with
Only with partners who help us serve you: payment gateway, courier and logistics partners, SMS/WhatsApp/email providers, advertising platforms (for measuring ads), and the company that issued your voucher (limited to whether and when you redeemed it). We do not sell your data.
Your choices
You can view and update your details by writing to us, stop WhatsApp or email messages at any time, or ask us to delete your account by writing to info@upharna.com.
Security and retention
We protect your data with industry-standard security. We keep order records as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, and other data only as long as needed.

Products and prices
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product photos are representative; handmade items may vary slightly in colour and finish. We may change prices or availability at any time, but not for orders already confirmed.
Orders
An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation. We may cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
Personalisation
You are responsible for the spelling and content of names, initials and messages you submit. We may decline content that is offensive or infringes someone else's rights.
Intellectual property
The Upharna name, logo, designs, photographs and content on this site belong to us and may not be used without permission.
Liability and disputes
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
